VILLA MAVI RUYA
Villa Mavi Ruya commands a generous and imposing corner plot in the exclusive Komurluk area of Kalkan. The views of Kalkan Bay from its multiple terraces and beautifully spacious interior, designed to make the most of both the light and seascape, are just simply stunning. You will be captivated by the magnificent sunsets and during the day watching the small boats come in and out of the harbour.
The villa is just a 10 minute easy walk to Kalkan Old Town and Harbour or alternatively a very short taxi or car ride. Taxis in Kalkan are plentiful, come quickly and are very reasonably priced, meaning a hire car is not essential.
Villa Mavi Ruya is fully air-conditioned throughout and sleeps 12, having six double bedrooms. All bedrooms are en-suite and designed using marble and ceramic. The living space throughout is comfortable and homely, and blends a mix of modern and traditional furnishings spread over three levels.
The main pool terrace on the ground floor level has plenty of comfortable loungers and parasols around the large pool. There are also several soft seating areas as well as an ‘al fresco’ dining area - all of which are well positioned to enjoy the beautiful views. There is a brick build BBQ on this level.
From the front door of the Villa you enter into a hallway which leads to a beautifully light and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There are windows and French doors all around, again to take in the views.
The indoor dining area provides seating for 4 with the living room having comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, DVD and Stereo. There is also a log burner for cooler evenings.
The kitchen is well appointed with fridge freezer, fan oven and hob, microwave, toaster and plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. There is an island with a second sink.
The hallway also leads to the ground floor bedroom which is a double en-suite.
There is a guest wc on this level.
You will appreciate the beautiful winding staircase which takes you to the first floor and the beautiful view from the top of the stairwell. There is a further staircase leading to the lower ground floor.
The first Master bedroom, with ample wardrobes and drawers is a large double with an open bathroom within the space. There is a balcony with seating to take in the early morning views.
The second Master bedroom is also a large double with plenty of space to accommodate the coffee table and seating inside as well as wardrobes and drawers. There are two balconies with seating – one to the side and one to the front and again the views from this room are simply stunning. The bathroom is a separate en-suite.
The third bedroom on this floor is a large twin room with a range of wardrobes and drawers. This is a side room with balcony and a side facing sea view.
Lower Ground Floor
There are two further twin rooms on this level. One to the side which opens onto a terrace with a pool table and the second which is front facing and opens onto a further beautiful front facing terrace as well as a side terrace.
This floor also houses the utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board etc.
There is also a second kitchen and dining area on this level, also opening onto the lower front facing terrace and taking in lovely views.
A £250 non-refundable deposit together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £250 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
