There are two staircases – one to the upper level and one to the lower ground floor.

Lower Ground Floor


The lower ground floor has a large communal area with comfortable seating. Three spacious bedrooms lead from the communal central space.  All three bedrooms are en-suite and two have large double beds and enjoy sea views.  The third is a twin room and opens onto a pretty courtyard garden. The laundry area is also located at this level.


First Floor


The first floor houses a magnificent master bedroom suite, including seating area, superking size bed and beautiful bathroom.  This bedroom opens onto a stunning terrace with 'to die for' views, seating and loungers so that guests can take in the panoramic views of Kalkan Bay.


























A £250 non-refundable deposit together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £250 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
