Villa Amare enjoys a prime location in the popular, quieter Kisla area of Kalkan, and makes the most of its uninterrupted views of beautiful Kalkan bay and the Taurus Mountains by

virtue of its curved aspect featuring floor to ceiling windows throughout. Accommodation over four floors is extensive and flexible with three large double and two twin rooms, each

individually and lovingly designed, and each with fully tiled, modern en suite bathroom. The top ‘penthouse’ room with sloping ceilings is a romantic hideaway with its own private

balcony and en-suite wet room. The whole interior has a relaxing, traditional, Mediterranean feel with local travertine stone floors, black wrought-iron furniture and many personal touches. The villa sleeps up to 10, plus one infant (cot provided).

Outside, the entrance path takes guests around the side of the villa to the terrace and private pool overlooking the bay. There are comfortable seating areas and a bamboo pergola for

those seeking shade, as well as sun beds. The charming use of exterior mirrors throws even more light into every corner and the whole area makes use of careful planting of lovely

hibiscus and bougainvillea and fragrant jasmine.


The villa is a few minutes’ walk to the coast and local beach clubs, including the popular Mahal Beach Club and Kalkan Beach Club. Snacks and meals are available here, or guests

can take a short boat ride into the heart of Kalkan harbour with its waterside restaurants, bars and shops. It is also possible to walk from Kisla into Kalkan in about twenty minutes, or local taxis provide a simple-to- arrange and economic alternative to car hire. There is a small shop and cafe for general supplies just a couple of minutes’ walk from the villa and the Fidanka Hotel is close by.

Facilities include stone BBQ, table tennis, wifi, air conditioning, heating system, security alarm and safe. The villa even has its own sauna, reached by separate entrance on the ground floor.

Guests should be aware that although access to the villa is level, there are no ground floor bedrooms, and it may therefore be unsuitable for those who would have difficulty with the

relatively steep staircases.

Ground Floor

Entrance to living area with its panoramic views over the sea to the west and town and hills

to the north. Fully equipped kitchen featuring oven and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave,

dishwasher and washing machine along with all the crockery, cutlery and utensils needed to

cook and present as simple or elaborate a meal as you wish. Comfortable seating area with

40” TV, DVD player and music dock along with a selection of books and CDs. Access to

terrace with corner aspect pool, BBQ and outside dining area with seating for 10.

First Floor

Featuring the king size master bedroom with en suite wet room, and a further en suite twin

room, sharing full length balcony

Second Floor

One double and one twin room each with en suite bathroom and sharing full length balcony.

Third Floor

Penthouse room with private balcony and en-suite wet room.



























A £250 non-refundable deposit together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £250 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
