Ground Floor
The entrance opens into an open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen features all modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven and hob with extractor fan and dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar. The living area beyond has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, DVD player and ipad docking station. The wood burning stove is a lovely addition for cooler evenings.
First Floor
The first floor is accessed from a spiral staircase from the living room where there are two bedrooms. The lovely master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a super king bed with en-suite shower room and opens onto a balcony overlooking the private courtyard below. The master bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen TV, DVD player and ipad docking station. The second bedroom is twin bedded and also has an en-suite shower room.
Second Floor
A further spiral staircase takes you to the second floor with a double bedroom and en-suite shower room. From here there is access to a wonderful roof terrace, with a canopy for shade, sunbathing area, soft seating and fabulous view over Kalkan Bay. For guests’ convenience there is also a fridge at this level.
It should be noted this villa has a weekly clean and linen change. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted.

A £250 non-refundable deposit together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £250 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
