Available at Villa Kral for guests use is a telescope for star gazing. There is also a high chair and carry cot.
The recently refurbished ground floor has an open plan living area with flat screen TV and DVD, and comfortable sofas to relax. There is a large dining table and chairs for 10 guests.
The kitchen is beautifully fitted and has all you could possibly need including water cooler and two large fridges. This level also houses the separate utility room with washing and drying facilities.
French doors open onto the large terrace with outside seating looking out to sea.
The first floor houses the master bedroom suite, which is of course en-suite and with sofa seating to gaze out to the wonderful views. The room also has a wrap around balcony.
There is a further double bedroom en-suite on this level as well as a twin bedded room en-suite. Both rooms share a further balcony.
Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor houses what can be used as separate family accommodation if guests so wish (however this space is not rented separately).
There is a further master bedroom at this level with 4 poster bed and en-suite. This room has an interconnecting door to a separate family room with a further double bed, one single bed and two sofa beds. This family room has its own entrance and TV.
A £250 non-refundable deposit together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £250 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
