Villa Limon, one of Kalkan’s premier villas, commands a unique position in Kiziltas on an unusually large plot, allowing extremely generous space both internally and externally.  From each of its spacious terraces and balconies you will be captivated by the uninterrupted magnificent views of Kalkan bay and out to Snake and Mouse Islands. 

 

The villa is just a 20/25 minute walk downhill to Kalkan Old Town and Harbour or alternatively a 5 minute taxi or car ride.  Taxis in Kalkan are plentiful, come quickly and are very reasonably priced, meaning a hire car is not essential.  Due to the lovely elevated position, many guests enjoy the walk to town but take a taxi back after an evening in town.

 

Villa Limon is fully air-conditioned throughout and sleeps 13, having six double bedrooms (one of which is a twin).  All bedrooms have exquisitely appointed en-suite marble and ceramic wet rooms. The living space throughout is a luxurious mix of modern and traditional furnishings spread over three levels.

 

The main pool terrace on the ground floor level accommodates plenty of comfortable loungers and parasols around the large pool as well as a soft seating and dining area with a canopy for shade and fan for relief from the heat while eating in the hot weather.

 

The lower ground floor terrace accommodates further dining space, BBQ, ottoman seating, more loungers, bar with sink, fridge and bar stools and importantly a beautiful jacuzzi.  There is no better place to enjoy a cocktail and watch a Kalkan renowned sunset!

 

There are three further terraces from which to enjoy the views; through French doors from the first floor landing and from Bedroom 3 with soft seating and loungers.  Villa Limon also has a stunning roof terrace with a further bar with sink, fridge and bar stools as well as a seating area and plenty of space which guests enjoy using for yoga and early morning exercise while taking in the vista

 

 Ground floor

The entrance to Villa Limon opens into a spacious open plan area housing a well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob with extractor fan, large fridge freezer and microwave, as well as plenty of pots, pans, utensils, crockery and glassware to help you serve up a delicious feast. There is also a breakfast bar with bar stools, and beyond that a lovely living area with comfortable sofas and chairs, DVD and stereo system and a wood burning fire to keep you cosy should you visit out of season. The living area merges directly into the beautiful indoor dining area with dining table and chairs and side table. The whole of the downstairs has floor to ceiling windows or French doors opening onto the terraces at this level ie the pool terrace and outside dining and seating areas.

 

There is a recess which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a large safe and the security system.  Villa Limon is alarmed and additionally protected by security cameras.

Also situated on this level and accessed from the open plan area, is the ground floor bedroom with large double bed and French door opening onto the pool terrace.

Adjoining the house, but with its own French door access to the pool terrace, is our stunning poolside room which features a super king bed. This room is also large enough to accommodate a single bed as well should it be needed.
