

ABOUT OUR PROPERTIES
Each of the properties featured in the Lycian Luxury Collection meets the very highest specification, both in terms of quality of build and in its furnishings and fittings. Any discerning traveller can only be delighted by the meticulous attention our owners and ourselves at Lycian Luxury Collection pay to the
immaculate cleaning and maintenance of our properties, both interior and exterior.

You will find your holiday home beautifully prepared for your arrival with a welcome pack of essential groceries on arrival.
Most properties are cleaned thereafter twice a week with a change of bed linens and towels ie if you are staying one week, you will have a mid stay clean and during a stay of two weeks, the villa will be cleaned and linens changed 3 times.
Some properties do not offer a mid stay clean for stays of one week and for a stay of two weeks or longer there will be a weekly clean and linen change. This will be indicated in the property description.
Extra cleaning services are available at most properties for an additional charge.

All of our properties offer the following in additional to other items mentioned in the individual descriptions:

All linens (towels and bed linen but please note that where we hire in a cot on your behalf, you will need to provide your own linen due to health and safety regulations)

Please visit the ‘Contact’ section on our website to book any of our wonderful holiday homes. To confirm a booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
