The apartment itself is bright and spacious with the most incredible panoramic views of the bay and harbour.  It is furnished and fitted out to a very high end specification.  

The accommodation is spread across one level with the entrance hall leading to a spacious open plan living and kitchen area.  The living area is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and audio system.  The kitchen is very well equipped including a fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, washing machine and a water cooler.  There is an island with bar stools.  Floor to ceiling glass doors and windows surround and the doors open onto the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1, the Master, is a large double with en-suite shower room, ample storage space and sliding doors to the pool terrace and also to the side, so the views of the bay are wonderful.

Bedroom 2 is a twin with en-suite shower room, ample storage and a sliding door opening onto the side of the property.

Bedroom 3 is a double with en-suite shower room, ample storage and a sliding door which opens onto the side of the property. 

Pool towels are provided and the apartment is cleaned with a linen change on a weekly basis, meaning that for stays of 2 weeks there will be a mid stay clean.

There is air conditioning throughout and wifi is provided.
