Villa ‘Mavi Kelebek’ (Blue Butterfly) is located on one of the most scenic shores of the Mediterranean in the Kisla area of Kalkan. The owners are delighted to offer you a truly unforgettable holiday experience staying at their beautiful villa, which has a very special atmosphere, large private heated pool, Mediterranean garden, barbecue area, spacious sun terraces and breathtaking sea views.
This detached luxury villa was completed in early 2015 and nestles into a hillside location overlooking the picturesque bay of Kalkan. It enjoys a very quiet location and is just 200 steps down to hotel ‘villa Mahal’ beach or 300m to Kisla Beach Park. There is a small grocery shop 100m away and Kalkan centre is just 1 km.
Equipped with high quality furnishings and modern technology, the villa is flooded with light from the facade of glass and offers stunning sea views. It offers on 390 sqm accommodation for up to 14 people. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout.
The villa has 6/7 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower, WC and hand basin. Two of the bedrooms have an additional Jacuzzi. 5 bedrooms have direct access to the sea-facing terraces or balconies.
The pool terrace is partly covered; in the rear patio area is a fireplace grill. The pool is heated by a solar system and has a countercurrent system.
Video surveillance, alarm system, safe and internet access are available.
The villa complex includes 2 garages.
The bed linen / towels are changed twice weekly at no extra cost. Garden and pool are maintained daily.
Ground Floor
The open plan ground floor contains a designer kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances.
The living area features a cosy seating area to enjoy those wonderful relaxing holiday moments and a dining table seating up to 14 people. There is a fireplace for those cooler early spring and autumn evenings and a large flat screen TV for entertainment.
There is also a stunning guest bathroom on this level as well as a large utility room with washing machine, drying machine, ironing board and iron.
First Floor
There is a home cinema room equipped with a flat screen TV and speaker system on the first floor. A PlayStation
is also available.
This room also doubles up as an additional bedroom, having an L-shaped sofa bed, which sleeps 1-2.
There are a further two bedrooms on this floor – a large beautiful master bedroom and another double
bedded bedroom.
Second Floor
Three further bedrooms are housed on this floor, including one double bedded room where the bed can be converted to two singles, a further twin bedded room which is large enough for a third single bed if needed as well as a large double bedded room.
Third Floor
The third floor houses an additional large double bedroom with its own private terrace – truly stunning!

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
