Perched on a small hill in the sought after Kisla area of Kalkan, overlooking the deep blue waters of the bay, this beautiful villa, which has won the prestigious Turkish Architecture award for its design, offers substantial elegant outdoor terrace spaces and a stylish, luxurious modern interior.
This quiet residential area, known for its stunning views and proximity to the sea offers a peaceful environment while still being close to the town center.
All through the house, you'll find exquisite personal touches like beautiful artwork, authentic Turkish ornaments, and local plants and flowers adorning the terrace. Expect the very best linens and towels, as well as a high quality furnishings and fixtures.
This lovely three-floor, four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa, air conditioned throughout and featuring panoramic windows to enjoy breathtaking Mediterranean views from every corner, boasts modern luxury throughout. For the cooler months, there is under floor heating throughout the property.
Outside you will find a heated therapeutic saltwater lap pool (10 meters long) and a jacuzzi with ample sunbeds and umbrellas arranged around it and on a slightly raised smaller terrace just above it. There is plenty of comfortable soft seating lounge style and large dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining. A barbeque is provided and there is a table tennis table to the side.
There is also a beautifully furnished roof terrace with a second kitchen, for relaxing and dining whilst taking in more of the wonderful views.
Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises an open plan fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer together with plentiful pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware, living room with SMART TV and a log burner for winter time,
and dining area.
This floor is also home to a utility/laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
You will also find a generously sized sauna at this level as well as a small gym room, using state-of-the-art elliptical or treadmill machines, or practice yoga on a professional-grade yoga mat.
The fourth bedroom suite can be found on the ground floor, opening up to the pool area, and is ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
There is a separate tastefully designed ‘man cave’ loung area by the jacuzzi, providing a further area to relax and take in the views.
First Floor
An elegant stairway leads from the living room to the first floor where you will find the beautiful, spacious Master Bedroom Suite with a walk-in closet, high-quality en-suite marble bathroom and designer tub. The room has panoramic windows to take in the views, or from the private balcony. There is also mirror, and table with mini fridge underneath.
Second floor
Further stairs lead to the second floor where bedrooms two and three can be found. Bedroom Two has a private balcony. Both bedrooms enjoy amazing panoramic views. They also benefit walk in closets, table with mini fridge underneath, mirrors and en-suite luxurious bathrooms.
Please note:
All bedrooms have hairdryers and their own Smart TV.
All bedrooms, with the exception of the Master which has a king bed, can be prepared as twins or large doubles.

All prices are per week and for up to 6 guests.
Two additional guests are permitted at a charge of £200 per additional guest per week.
During the winter months December – March, the cost is £2000 per week for up to 6 guests.

Christmas and New Year period 20th December – 5th January will be charged at £3000 per week.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
