Vadi One is a 4 bedroom property with 4 double beds. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two on the lower ground floor one with a walk-in wardrobe.
The lower ground floor is also home to a second TV lounge with a games table and table football. It opens onto an additional garden area.
This villa also has a sauna and indoor swimming pool so really ideal for off-season rentals.
The outside pool is infinity and measures 10m x 3m with an additional jacuzzi area at one end which is 4m x 1.5 metres.​
Set in the village of Uzumlu, approximately 15 minutes drive from the centre of Kalkan, these three newly built, beautifully styled, contemporary villas lend a delightfully refreshing change of pace for those seeking an alternative to the town.
A beautiful drive from Kalkan leads you to this lovely rural village where there are just a few villas. There are a couple of small grocery stores and the shops and restaurants listed on the Villa Eats App are all easily able to deliver, with taxis coming quickly. Convenience is never far away!
When you stay at Vadi Villas, the owner’s property manager will be on call for the duration of your holiday to help with any requirements you may have, including restaurant reservations, boat trips, in-house cooking or bbqs by local chefs and even live music for special occasions, all subject to availability.
Included in the villa rental price is a return taxi to town for your family twice each full week of your stay and complimentary sun beds at Palm Beach Club are also available on request.
The views from this lovely rural setting are simply stunning – out to Mouse and Snake Island
from one aspect and Patara from the other. On a clear day, it is possible to see as far as the Greek Island of Rhodes. The sunsets from here are just breath taking.
The three villas are well spaced for complete privacy but at the same time ideal for a large
group who maybe wanted to rent two or three villas.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
