This beautifully styled one-bed apartment is situated just below Villa Mona Roza (see Villa section) in the peaceful, rural village of Hacikaralar in the Kordere region of Kalkan, just an 8 minute drive from the centre.  Taxis come readily for trips to Kalkan and orders through the Villa Eats App will be delivered.  However, if you'd like to make the most of the location and explore, or go frequently to town, a hire car is recommended.  There is parking available.  The closest supermarket is located on Bezirgan Road (not to be confused with Bezirgan Village which is further) and about a 15/20 minute walk away.

 

The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.  There is one double bedroom and sofa beds in the living room.

 

The apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which is beautifully light with glass floor to ceiling doors opening onto the pool terrace.

 

The kitchen is stylish and fully fitted in a contemporary design with all the appliances you need including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, water cooler, washing machine etc with plenty of cookware, utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

 

The dining table seats 4 guests and there are comfortable sofas and TV just beyond.

 

There is one good sized bedroom with plenty of wardrobe and storage space, and dressing table with a jacuzzi also.  

 

The bathroom is en-suite but with Jack and Jill doors so can be used from the living space also.

 

Outside there is a lovely private infinity pool with a spacious seating area with sunbeds and parasols for 4 people, as well as al fresco dining and soft seating.  There is a BBQ for your enjoyment.

 

This is a lovely retreat for couples or a small family, with the property being carefully designed so that the apartment is not overlooked by the villa above.
