Behind their striking entrance lies the Waterfall Villas.  They are located in a great position at the top of Kalkan in the lower Kiziltas area.

 

Villa Waterfall 1 gets its name from the waterfall feature that was an integral part of its original design, where water cascades to the roof plunge pool.

 

This is a lovely bright open plan spacious villa with sea views.  Kalkan town is just a 12 minute walk away downhill.  The return journey is uphill so most guests will prefer a taxi home!

 

The villa sleeps 10 guests over 5 en-suite bedrooms.

 

It is fully air conditioned and has wifi.

 

Ground Floor

 

The living, dining and well equipped kitchen area is open and benefits from plan a double height ceiling with a window of equal height that allows the sunlight to flood in as well as opening up a wonderful view over the pool terrace

 

Sliding doors open onto this spacious terrace with a beautiful infinity pool.  The space has a comfortable dining area with BBQ and great views of the sea and mountains.  There is also a table tennis table.

 

The sunbathing area has plenty of sun beds, parasols and a swing chair.

 

Bedroom 1 which is en-suite is located on the ground floor.

 

An iron spiral staircase leads to the first floor.

 

First Floor

 

The first floor houses 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have large double beds and 1 which is a twin bedded room.

 

All 3 rooms are en-suite with plenty of wardrobe and storage space.  They each have a balcony from which to enjoy the sea views.

 

A further staircase leads to the top floor.

 

Second Floor

 

The second floor is home to the lovely master bedroom which has glass doors opening to the roof terrace from which to take in the panoramic views.  The plunge pool is located on the roof terrace and there are also sofas and sun loungers at this level.
