This stunning 5 bed, 5 en-suite villa is perfect for those seeking a peaceful rural location away from the bustle of the town.  Located in Kalkan's Kordere district in the village of Hacikaralar, the villa is just an 8 minute drive from the centre of Kalkan, so all that Kalkan has to offer is very assessable.  Taxis will come very easily and the cost is reasonable (about £6 based on 2024 prices).  For those wishing to go to the town regularly and also explore further afield, a hire car is recommended as a more convenient and economical option. There is ample parking at the villa.  The closest supermarket is approximately a 15/20 minute walk through the village and up to the Bezirgan Road (not to be confused with Bezirgan Village which is further on).

The views from this lovely villa are panoramic and simply stunning taking in open sea views out to Snake and Mouse Islands as well as the Taurus mountains behind.  Both the building itself and the outside spaces are designed to take full advantage of the full vista.

The villa has two entrances, one of which provides easy access to the villa for any guests with limited mobility.  The entrances are protected by security cameras for your safety.  Additionally the villa's property managers live very close by in the village so are always on call to offer assistance should you need anything during your stay.

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and there is wifi throughout the property.

The villa sleeps 10 across its 5 bedrooms.  Baby cots can be provided so that with small children, capacity is a maximum of 12.  High chairs are also provided.

For those choosing to stay off-season or during the winter months, there is under floor heating.

The outside space is generous with a large infinity pool spanning the width of the house (14m x 5m).  It is possible to place sunbeds in the shallow end of the pool for total relaxation.  There are also good shady areas to be found on this terrace, plenty of soft seating, sun beds and parasols, with a large outside dining area and BBQ.  The views are open and out to sea from the pool terrace.

The villa can be rented individually or together with the private one-bedroom apartment just below (see Suite Mona Roza in our apartment section)​​

Ground Floor 

The main entrance to the house is at the rear of this floor. However, you are immediately greeted with large floor to ceiling glass doors which open onto the beautiful terrace and views.

The inside space is open plan and generous with plenty of space for everyone when the property is at maximum capacity. The stylish, contemporary fully fitted kitchen is attractively designed and provides everything you could possibly need including oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, water cooler, plenty of cookware, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

At the opposite end of the space you will find a comfortable lounge area with SMART TV and English speaking channels, comfortable sofas  and furnishings with a large dining table to seat 12 in the centre of this open plan area.

Also on the ground floor is the guest cloakroom and utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

First Floor

 

Three beautifully spacious bedrooms are located on this floor, all with double beds.  Each room has plenty of wardrobe and storage space, dressing table and mirrors.  The master bedroom, bedroom 1 also has a jacuzzi bath.  All rooms open onto lovely balconies with seating from which to enjoy the amazing views.

Second Floor

Two further bedrooms, both en-suite, are located on the second floor, one with twin beds which opens onto a lovely terrace and the other, a second master bedroom (bathroom with double sinks) and a jacuzzi, also opening onto a terrace with exceptional views.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
