Villa Safak is situated in the Ortalaan area of Kalkan – a wonderful location because the town in just a short easy stroll away and in the other direction you also easily reach the lovely restaurants and bars on Kalamar Road, which have become so popular in recent years.  There is also a large Migros and other supermarkets close by on Kalamar Road if you don’t want to go into town. Unless you wish to travel further afield, you don’t need a car staying at Safak, although there is parking just outside.


Villa Safak, with it’s three very comfortable and spacious en-suite bedrooms is really your home away from home.  It is stylish and has many thoughtful touches, and you can sense the love of its owners who spend a few months each year enjoying their piece of paradise.


The outside area is stunning with a large pool (12m x 4m) with a shallow end for children to play or where you can place your sunbeds for maximum benefit!  The terrace is spacious as well as gorgeous with lots of comfy soft seating and a beautiful swing chair.  There are plentiful of really comfortable sunbeds and a lovely shaded area for al fresco dining under a pergola and a built in BBQ.  The views are uninterrupted and the town beyond really sparkles at night.


The contemporary, yet very comfortable, design of Villa Safak really does make the very best use of the space, and the property is light and airy with plenty of doors and windows to take in the fabulous views not least from its amazing roof terrace.  


Villa Safak is fully air-conditioned throughout and sleeps 6 over 3 double en-suite bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin).


Ground Floor

The spacious ground floor opens up to the pool terrace.  Inside there is an open plan kitchen and living room.  The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, a water cooler everything you need for dining at home. The lounge area has a comfy sofa and a full TV package including Netflix and many other channels.


There is a guest wc on this level.

First Floor

The Master bedroom en-suite with King bed and balcony as well as the twin bedroom en-suite are situated on the first floor and both have fabulous views looking out to sea and mountains.  Both have plenty of wardrobe and storage space. 

Second Floor

This is a stunning space is home to the beautiful Terrace bedroom en-suite with King bed.  Once again, the views from here are simply fabulous.  You can take a shower in the en-suite while taking in the views!  There is plenty of wardrobe and storage space. 


From the bedroom you step straight out onto the roof terrace which is a very attractive area with seating and many lovely plants. 



























A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
