This impressive, elegant and spacious villa sleeping 14 guests over 4 floors is situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan with beautiful views, particularly from its breathtaking roof terrace and accommodation at that level.  

It was sensitively and beautifully renovated in 2022 to an extremely high standard in a lovely classic style, which compliments the exterior of the building.  With its subtle colours and shuttered windows, it is very distinctive and could equally sit happily in Italy for example!

The plot is large as befitting this lovely villa, which opens onto a beautiful terrace with a good sized private pool and multiple soft seating areas (some of which are shaded) in which to relax and dine and BBQ.  There are two dining areas and two dining tables which can be separate or pushed together if all 14 guests wish to dine together.

Around the pool there are plentiful sun beds, parasols and cushions.

Ground Floor

The entrance to the villa is from the garden and the ground floor space opens into an open plan kitchen, living and dining area which has plenty of comfortable seating, SMART TV and fireplace.  The dining area has a table and chairs for 8 guests with additional space at the kitchen's counter.  The kitchen itself is well equipped with all appliances you'd expect and everything you need.

There is an additional bedroom on the ground floor which could double up as an office if needed.  The room is smaller than those on the other floors but is perfect for one person and has ample wardrobe space, a dressing area, TV and an en-suite bathroom. 

A lovely staircase takes you to the first floor.

First Floor and Second Floor

​

The first and second floors mirror each other, with three bedrooms on each floor.  All bedrooms have wonderful sea views, en-suite bathrooms and are classically designed and furnished beautifully.  Each room is individually air conditioned with new silent units.  

There are two front facing master bedrooms ie one on each floor.  Beds are king size and each of the rooms has a balcony.  A combination safe and smart TV can be found in each room.  These rooms are spacious, with chairs, ample wardrobe and storage space as well as being able to accommodate an additional small child's bed if needed.  The en-suite bathrooms are beautiful, with large showers and retro designed ceramic tiles which are really in keeping with the villa's unique style.

To the right hand side of the villa, there is a double bedroom on each of these two floors.  Both have a balcony and enjoy both sea and garden views. There are wardrobes, dressing space an armchair and en-suite bathroom.

To the left of the villa, there is one twin room on each floor (the twin beds can also be made into a double).  Both rooms have balconies with sea views.  There are wardrobes, dressing space, an armchair and en-suite bathroom.

Top Floor

​

This wonderful roof terrace level, is so impressive and a real distinctive feature of Villa Grande.  There is a stunning area to relax with sundowners and watch the sunset as well as a spa room with jacuzzi with sea views and a second kitchen are with bar stool seating.

Outside on the roof terrace itself are sun loungers and a further dining area .

The views of Kalkan bay and out to sea are simply gorgeous.
