Villa Cinar is a beautiful and stylish 4 bedroom/4 en-suite villa set on a hillside above Kalkan in the Kiziltas area with breathtaking views over the Bay. It was designed and built by an architect from Istanbul to the owner’s specification and the owners have lovingly cared for and maintained the property since.
The villa is set in a mature landscaped environment and has its own private infinity pool, which the owners have upgraded to a chlorine free saltwater system. The pool terrace is beautiful with wonderful views and there is a lovely shady dining area for 8 guests.
The contemporary interior features marble flooring and wet rooms throughout. The villa in its entirety is appointed to a very high standard and is fully air-conditioned. All rooms have ample built-in wardrobes. All windows have white wooden slat blinds which are very effective in keeping the villa cooler. The rooms have original oil paintings and traditional Turkish rugs. There is a beautiful Ottoman seating area on the first floor with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the village and harbour, as well as a well stocked library.
The ground floor is entered from a few steps leading down from the road and this lovely space houses the modern well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and pots and pans needed for 8 people as well as all appliances including electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. On this level there is also the spacious dining and living areas. Bedroom 4 is located on this level and has bunk beds and a folding cot.
Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor is reached by a staircase adjacent to the dining area and houses Bedroom 3 which is twin bedded.
The first floor houses bedroom 1 and 2 from a spacious landing which opens onto a balcony with sea views and seating area. Both of the bedrooms on this level are double bedded and the en-suite in bedroom 1 has a full sized bath as well as shower.
This floor also houses a beautiful Turkish Ottoman seating area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the village and harbour, as well as a well stocked library.
On the top floor there is a second kitchen and laundry room, with a secluded roof terrace, ideal for breakfast (seating for 6 guests) and stargazing or simply for evening drinks.
A £250 non-refundable deposit together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £250 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
