The apartments each has their own private entrance and car parking space. As you enter, they open into a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area with large flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo system. The kitchens are very well equipped with lovely marble work surfaces and plenty of crockery, glassware, utensils and pots and pans to prepare a delicious feast. There is an oven, hob with extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The open plan area leads onto a beautiful balcony area with dining table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful views and watch the small boats sail in and out of the harbour. Or, in the case of the ground floor apartments, French doors open onto the stunning infinity pool terrace where they have their own soft seating and dining area.
Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
All apartments are 2 bedroom (one with a large double bed and one with a twin bed) and are en-suite. The design ensures each bedroom can take advantage of the captivating sea views and in the case of the middle and upper floor, one bedroom will have a further sea facing balcony with soft seating, or in the case of the ground floor a direct opening to the soft seating on the terrace.
Guests of all the apartments share the stunning sea facing main terrace with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, further soft seating and shaded area and truly beautiful large infinity pool where they can take in the breathtaking views. The two middle floor apartments alos have private pools mountain side with sunbeds and soft seating.

A £250 non-refundable deposit together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £250 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
