VILLA AQUA VERDE
This splendid villa commands a generous and imposing corner plot in the exclusive Komurluk area of Kalkan. The views of Kalkan Bay from its multiple terraces and beautifully spacious interior, designed to make the most of both the light and seascape, are just simply stunning. You will be captivated by the magnificent sunsets and during the day, watching the small boats come in and out of the harbour.
Villa Aqua Verde, having undergone an extensive refurbishment over the winter of 2022/23 and finished to the highest standard using superior quality materials throughout, is the perfect vacation retreat for the most discerning travellers. Every detail and guest comfort has been meticulously considered both inside and out so you can just relax and enjoy this rather unique home.
This elegant property is fully air conditioned throughout, benefits wifi both inside and around the outside terraces, offers a spa area with a service kitchen including hammam, sauna, steam room, massage room and a feature shower area with water buckets. There is also a gym room with treadmill, exercise bike and step machine as well as a massage lounger and SMART TV. Outside this area is a hot and cold water jacuzzi. Additionally there is a table tennis table.
The main pool area and surrounding terraces are stunning with ample comfortable loungers, parasols and soft seating areas. The pool itself is large with an infinity edge to take in the impressive views. There are wide steps into the pool at one end and at the other there is cascading water from the jacuzzi above, where there is an additional raised seating area. The pool can be heated early and late season for an additional fee. Please ask about this at the time of booking.
An unusual and visually stunning feature of the main terrace is its outside 'living room' with bar area including fridge and sink, comfortable seating and wall mounted SMART TV and sound system.
The villa is just a 10 - 15 minute (max) easy walk to Kalkan Old Town and Harbour or alternatively a very short taxi or car ride. In the other direction the exclusive Zest Beach Club, is just a short walk downhill.
A weekly cleaning service and linen change is included in the price but extra cleaning services and linen changes can be arranged at an additional cost.
Ground Floor
The villa has two entrances from street level where there is parking for two cars - both with steps up to the pool terrace. The main entrance door opens onto a hallway where you find the impressive sweeping staircase leading both up and down.
Through an archway you enter beautiful open plan living and dining area as well as the kitchen. As you'd imagine, furnishings are elegant throughout, with a large comfortable sofa, coffee table and wall mounted SMART TV. The round dining table comfortably seats 8. The kitchen is sleek with a range of modern units and appliances. It is well equipped with everything you may possibly need, including an island with twin sinks and bar stools. There are sliding patio doors all round opening onto the pool terrace so you can take in the panoramic views all round.
There is a double en-suite bedroom on this level with sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace. The room has built in wardrobes, dressing table and stool.
Separately there is a guest WC just along the hallway for convenience.​
First Floor
Three beautifully appointed bedrooms can be found on the first floor.
The first is the Master with king bed and an en-suite shower room with twin basins. Inside the bedroom is a separate seating area to relax as well as fitted wardrobes and dressing table and stool. Sliding doors take you to a private balcony with table and armchairs from which to take in the mesmerising sea views.
The second bedroom with king bed and en-suite shower room also has a separate seating area, fitted wardrobes and dressing table and stool. Sliding doors open onto a shared balcony at the side of the property with sea views and down to the pool terrace. There are armchairs and a table for your relaxation.
The third bedroom at this level has a king bed and en-suite shower room, an armchair, fitted wardrobe, dressing table and stool. Sliding doors open onto the balcony shared with the second bedroom.
There is an additional WC and wash basin at this level for guests' convenience.
Lower Ground Floor
Here you will find a further two beautiful bedrooms.
The first of these has a king bed with wardrobe, dressing table and stool and an armchair. Again this is an en-suite room. There are glass sliding doors which open onto this lower, covered terrace with beautiful sea facing views. There are plenty or sofas, armchairs and a coffee table on this terrace providing a relaxing and peaceful area to unwind.
The second bedroom at this level is a twin room with en-suite shower room, wardrobe, dressing table and stool and an armchair. The sliding doors open onto the terrace as described above.
The utility room can be found around the corner at this level with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
It is on this lower ground floor that the gym room and spa area described in the villa's overview can be found.
Externally there are steps up to the pool terrace as well as some steps down to the street level.

Charge for pool and jacuzzi heating is £60 per day.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
