VILLA TURTLE BAY
Villas Dolphin Bay and Turtle Bay were completed for their British owners in May 2015 by one of the area’s foremost builders. Built to an extremely high specification, these luxurious villas occupy a truly stunning plot on the Kas Peninsula.
Both villas have large private infinity pools and all bedrooms are spacious double size with private en-suites and views over the Turkish Mediterranean, the surrounding mountains or both. Both villas are fully air conditioned throughout.
To the side is a beautifully landscaped graduated garden area with wonderful flowers and foliage.
The Kas Peninsula location is certainly one of the jewels of SW Turkey and has been listed as an area of natural beauty by the government. Wild tortoises cross the road in front of you, and you will want to get out and assist them to the edge of the road, turtles swim past on a daily basis and occasionally dolphins will grace you with their presence. The extensive terraces of both villas are an ideal place to watch the yachts sail past on their way in and out of the marina every day whether while relaxing in one of the large infinity pools or just soaking up the sun on the bathing area or outside sofas.
Enjoy your meals alfresco on the shaded terrace directly from the kitchen or light up the BBQ. Alternatively a dolmus (bus) headed for town passes the door approximately every 30 minutes, or you can drive into Kas to enjoy one of the many delightful restaurants.
Turtle Bay villa is situated directly behind Dolphin Bay villa. The two villas together can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms, so combined they would make a perfect setting for a joint rental of two families or a birthday or wedding party.
The Villas can be rented either individually or together (subject to availability).
Ground Floor (both villas)
Each villa has a beautiful modern bespoke kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you can possibly need to prepare a feast, including high spec oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave etc. In both villas the kitchen leads out on to a shaded seating area where you can enjoy your meals at the large marble table and chairs while watching the world drift by or relax & chat on the cushioned seating area while in the shade.
The open plan lounge has a large table and chairs for your family meals, twin luxury sofas and large screen TV, DVD & stereo system for relaxing indoors. There is also a wood burner for those occasional slightly chilly off-season evenings.
Both villas have a laundry room with washer/dryer and
airing facilities.
Villa Dolphin Bay is single story, so all three beautiful large double en-suite bedrooms are located on this ground floor together with an additional guest wc.
At Villa Turtle Bay just one bedroom is on the ground
floor level.
First Floor (Turtle Bay Only)
A beautiful sweeping staircase takes you to the first floor which houses a further 3 double bedrooms en-suite. Two bedrooms have large double beds and one is twin bedded.
Each bedroom has a private balcony from which to sit with an early morning cup of tea or coffee and take in the amazing views!

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
