VILLA LA VIE
This lovely property was completely renovated during the winter of 2021/22 to an incredibly high standard, with attention to detail and stylishly decorated and furnished throughout. It has 5 en-suite bedrooms as well as featuring a gym, games room, sauna and hammam. However, the villa can sleep up to 12 guests with the games room doubling up as a sixth bedroom to house a single roll out bed and a sofa bed. There is an additional sofa bed in the second floor queen size bedroom.
La Vie is located in Kalkan's exclusive Komurluk area, just an easy 10 minute walk to town and also in close proximity to the renowned Zest Beach Club. The Villa enjoys stunning views out over Kalkan bay and towards the town.
The property benefits from air conditioning throughout (when doors and windows are closed). There are also built in mosquito net doors throughout the property. La Vie has its own electrical regulator and generator as well as two water filtration systems - one for the mains water and the other supplying purified drinking water at the sink in the kitchen, as well as being connected to the water fountain for cold water dispensing. There is wifi throughout with each room having its own extender. A security system and burglar alarm have been installed and are available for guests to use. Safes are provided. There is also a sound system so you can listen to music around the pool.
Each bedroom has black out blinds, a hairdryer and magnifying mirror, laundry basket, a luggage rack and a drying rack.
The owner is able to provide highchairs, travel cots etc should they be needed.
A luxury welcome pack is provided on arrival and complimentary bread and a bag of ice are delivered daily.
Please note that whilst the villa is cleaned mid-week and at the end of each week, linens and towels are changed on a weekly basis. The pool and gardens are tended daily.
The pools and jacuzzis can be heated when the temperature outside is below 22 degrees centigrade. This needs to be requested in advance and there will be an additional charge - please enquire about this when booking.
Lower Ground floor

The property entrance is at the lower ground floor (street) level and there is a garage for one car.
At this level you can find the gym room with an exercise bike, an elliptical bike, treadmill, weights and other equipment.
There is a stairway to the pool terrace where further steps can be found to take you down to the games room with TV, PlayStation 4, table football, board and card games on the other side. There is also an en-suite shower room for when this room doubles up as an additional bedroom.

Ground Floor

The lovely comfortable ground floor space is all open plan. You will find an extremely well equipped and fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and beautiful breakfast bar with bar stools. There is also a dining table to seat 10 guests and a feature wall which separates a cosy living area with Smart TV with two satellite networks with a good selection of English and other International channels as well as sports channels. There is a lovely fire place for the cooler months.
There is a further small living space with two comfy chairs to take in the view. Access to the sauna which accommodates 4 - 6 guests comfortably at one time is from this area. There is also a guest bathroom and a washer and dryer.
Bedroom 1 is also located on the ground floor. This is a double room with en-suite bathroom, ample wardrobe and storage space.
There is direct access to the pool terrace from the main ground floor living area through floor to ceiling glass doors. The pool itself is a stunning infinity with a bathing area with sun loungers at one end and a raised jacuzzi! The water is saline rather than chlorinated. A sound system is provide to enable you to listen to music of your choice around the pool area. There are plenty of sun beds and parasols and a separate shady area with nice plants and a further large parasol to provide shade. There are grassy areas and soft seating as well as a small outside kitchen and BBQ area with outside dining table and chairs. There is, of course, a poolside shower. Exclusive of the jacuzzi area, the pool itself is approximately 7m x 4 m.

First floor
A further 3 bedrooms are to be found on the first floor.
Bedroom 2 is en-suite and has a king size bed as well as ample storage and wardrobe space. Sliding doors take you to a separate terrace with comfortable chairs and table to enjoy the views. There is also access to the jacuzzi from this terrace as well as steps which will take you down to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 3 is a twin room with a bathroom directly opposite across the hallway for this room's use. Again sliding doors take you to a private beautifully furnished terrace to enjoy the views. There is, as in the other rooms, plenty of wardrobe and storage.
Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed and a separate dressing area with a large wardrobe and comfy sofa and table by the sliding doors which take you out to a large terrace. Again beautifully furnished and with sea views.
The Hammam is also located on this floor and is accessed through the bathroom intended for the twin room.
A wonderful feature of this level is the outside built-in infinity jacuzzi. There are even integral ice buckets to cool your drinks! The jacuzzi can be heated in the cooler months (see earlier notes in overview). It is a truly fabulous place to take in the views and can be accessed through the double bedroom or via the external stairs from the pool terrace.
Second Floor
Please note, there is also entry to the villa via some steps from the upper Komurluk road at this level and a parking space for another car.
Bedroom 5, the master bedroom, is also located on this floor and has a king size bed, is en-suite and again has sliding doors to its own terrace with soft seating a parasol and table. The views across the bay are stunning. There is also table tennis and a cactus garden in a shady area.
The Roof Terrace
La Vie's roof terrace deserves a special mention with its different areas to give you enjoyment from morning through to night. There is comfortable furniture across the space with large parasols providing shade. There is table tennis and a lovely shady garden space as well.

Pool heating up to 26ËšC between December & March will be charged at £475 per week for both pools.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
