The villa is conveniently situated within walking distance of the Villa Mahal Bearch Club. It is a 20 minute walk or short drive into Kalkan Old Town and Harbour.
Guests can enjoy al fresco dining on the beautiful terrace where there is also a large infinity pool, jacuzzi and plunge pool with waterfall feature together with an ample sunbathing area with sunbeds and parasols.
The villa has its own garage under the villa. There is also a utility room located on this lower level.
The open plan living area with fireplace and log burner (for cosy evenings low season and winter) has flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen area is well equipped with all appliances, double oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar and indoor dining area.
The ground floor also has its own guest bathroom.
The lovely terrace is accessed through double doors.
Three of the seven en-suite bedrooms are located on the first floor with the large front facing bedroom enjoying a full bay view. There is one further double bedroom on this level with a part bay view and one twin room.
A beautiful balustrade balcony connects all three bedrooms.

Access to the beautiful roof terrace is from this bedroom suite. This terrace has magnificent views over the bay. There are also sunbeds as well as a table and chairs for guests to enjoy a private area for tranquil relaxation.
A £250 non-refundable deposit together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £250 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
