This lovely chic boutique style villa is situated on the upper road of Kalkan's prestigious Komurluk area.  Every attention to detail has been given to the design of this stylish property to ensure each level has its own unique space inside and out, which is leveraged to its best advantage to maximise the sunlight and beautiful views this wonderful location offers. 

 

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms and plenty of living, cooking and dining space.  However, bookings are only accepted for a maximum of 6 guests making it ideally suited for couples, a small family or a group of friends.

 

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout.  There is also WIFI throughout.

 

There is parking for two cars under a private covered car port, just by the main entrance of the villa.

 

The property's wonderful Komurluk location means that Kalkan's Old Town is a 10-12 minute easy stroll in one direction.  In the opposite direction the exclusive Zest Beach Club, Denizim and Palm Beach are just a short walk downhill.

 

Whilst there are a number of courtyard/garden areas, the main outside pool terrace is accessed from the open plan living area on the ground floor, which is also the entrance level.  The pool terrace offers a wonderful private infinity pool, with sun loungers, parasols and soft seating.  There is also a lovely shaded dining area with an additional bar style seating to take in the views and fabulous sunsets.   

 

A BBQ is provided for guests enjoyment.

Ground Floor 

As you enter the villa through the main door at this level you are greeted with a bright, light open plan living space encompassing a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, living and dining area. 

 

The lounge area is beautifully furnished and comfortable with a large flat screen TV and entertainment system.  Floor to ceiling windows and doors ensure the view can be enjoyed to full benefit.

 

Also at this level is the dining area with a round table and chairs to seat 6 guests.

 

The fully equipped modern kitchen has an oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty of cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots, pans and utensils and appliances.  There is also a breakfast bar.

 

There is also a guest cloakroom at this level.

 

You will find two staircases, the first taking you down to the lower ground floor.

Lower Ground Floor

 

You are greeted on the lower ground floor by a large 'second lounge area' where there is comfortable seating.

 

An attractive courtyard garden is is accessed from this space with outside comfortable seating.

 

There are three bedrooms located on the lower ground floor each with their own luxurious en-suite bathrooms.  Two of the bedrooms have king beds - one with a Juliet balcony and sea view and the other with a side view.  The third bedroom is a spacious twin room which opens onto the courtyard garden.

 

Also found on this level is a laundry/utility area.

First Floor

 

A further beautiful staircase takes you from the ground floor up to the impressive Master Bedroom suite.  This suite occupies the entire upper floor area, and opens onto a wonderful private terrace with soft seating and sun loungers.  The views are simply breathtaking and this is really an amazing area to sit with a sundowner and take in a spectacular Kalkan sunset!  It offers panoramic views over Kalkan Bay.

 

The Master Bedroom has a super king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom.

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms and plenty of living, cooking and dining space.  However, bookings are only accepted for a maximum of 6 guests making it ideally suited for couples, a small family or a group of friends.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
