Every room throughout the villa enjoys the most stunning views over Kalkan bay with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors either onto the pool terrace, balconies or the roof terrace.
There is air conditioning throughout as well as electric ceiling fans to keep you cool. A safe is provided as well as a hairdryer in each bedroom.
The outside space is arranged in such a way, that guests can either enjoy the full sun or find a shady spot to cool down. The pool is a good size with comfortable sun beds arranged around it with large parasols. There is ample soft seating and a shaded area for al fresco dining.
The roof terrace offers a further lovely area to relax either in the sun or from the ottoman seating area under the pergola.
Komurluk, with its close proximity to the water, enjoys the late sun and the sunsets from Villa Rosina are breathtaking.
The front door leads into a small hallway which opens into an expansive ground floor space incorporating an open plan sleek, modern and very well equipped kitchen. There is a breakfast bar which flows into some comfortable seating and dining area (round dining table to seat 6 guests), leading to the living area with a comfy corner sofa and SMART TV. Floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors open onto the pool terrace and open up the stunning panoramic view of Kalkan Bay.
There is a downstairs cloakroom.

The first floor is where you will find the Master Bedroom suite, with a super king bed facing the expansive floor to ceiling windows and doors opening up the wonderful views - a wonderful way to start the day! There is a private balcony with comfortable armchairs and table - a great spot for an early morning coffee or a sundowner. The far side of the bedroom provides a soft seating area as well as a desk for when there's an urgent need to stay connected (while gazing at the view!) opening onto a smaller balcony with a comfy seat. The en-suite shower room is large and well appointed. There is a dressing table, stool and ample wardrobe space.
Adjacent is bedroom number 2. This room can be set up as a twin (two full size singles) or as a super king as the guests prefer (just let us know before your arrival). As you'd expect, there are lovely views of the bay from this from this room also and a private balcony with comfy seating and a table to appreciate them. There is a dressing table, stool and fitted wardrobe. The shower room is en-suite, large and well appointed.
The lovely stairway with beautiful lighting and large arched window leads to the second floor where the Penthouse Suite is found. The whole interior space is floor to ceiling windows and glass to have a full appreciation of the views. The bedroom has a super king bed with dressing table, stool and fitted wardrobe as well as a comfortable armchair. There is a beautiful en-suite shower room. The bedroom opens onto the roof terrace space with comfortable chairs and table to enjoy an early morning cuppa or a sundowner.
The roof terrace itself has a seating area with comfy cushions under a pergola - lovely to have a shady spot in the summer months or for star gazing.
There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer on this level.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
