The View is one of Kalkan’s premier villas located in the prestigious Komurluk area. This stunning property really does live up to its name – the views are indeed breathtaking, taking in Kalkan Bay looking out to Snake and Mouse Islands.
This lovely 5 bedroom/5 en-suite villa provides spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests. It is fully air conditioned and tastefully furnished throughout with every attention to detail, including providing bathrobes and slippers for guests.
The outside terrace is extremely spacious and houses a large infinity pool, jacuzzi, ample sunbeds and parasols as well as two soft seating areas and lovely dining area from which to take in the magnificent sunsets. There is a BBQ as well as poolside bar with fridge, sink and bar stools and table tennis.
The villa’s Komurluk location means Kalkan Old Town and Harbour are just a 10 minute walk away. The Palm Beach Club is also close by.
The ground floor houses a spacious open plan kitchen, living
and dining area seating up to 10. There are plenty of comfortable chairs and sofas as well as TV, DVD player and fire place for chilly out of season evenings. The kitchen is beautifully designed and incorporates an island unit and breakfast bar, as well as housing the oven, hob with extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, water cooler, Nespresso coffee machine (guests should provide their own capsules) and provides everything you can possibly need by way of glassware, crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The frontage comprises floor to ceiling doors and windows to make the most of the views as well as access to the lovely terrace and al fresco dining area.
The utility room is also situated on the ground floor and all laundry facilities are housed here (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) as well as guest wc.
A beautiful staircase takes you from the living area to the first floor where both very spacious master bedrooms are located. Both rooms have en-suite shower rooms as well as sea facing balconies to take in the stunning views. There are ample wardrobes and storage facilities in both rooms.
Lower Ground Floor
A further stairway leads from the ground floor to a lower ground floor where a further 3 bedrooms are situated. Two of these rooms are double and there is also a twin room. They all have en-suite shower rooms.
There is also a TV and games room on this level with some gym equipment, pool table and an X-box console.
These prices reflect the rate for 2024.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
