We are delighted to add this beautiful apartment, which has the look and feel of a private villa, to our collection.  Azure Heights is located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan so a 20-25 minute walk to the Old Town or Harbour.  It is downhill so some guests prefer to take a taxi back.

This lovely contemporary apartment is beautifully appointed throughout and enjoys stunning views over both Kalkan and Kalamar Bays from every room and of course from the spacious pool, sunbathing and dining terrace.

The apartment is accessed via a few steps from a pretty private road.  You will find yourself immediately on the generous private terrace, where there is a beautiful infinity pool, ample sunbeds, parasols, soft seating and dining area.  This entire area including pool is completely private and used only by guests of Azure Heights No. 1.

There is a further entrance to the apartment from around the back side (accessed by path from main terrace).

The frontage of the apartment is all glass and opens into the spacious open plan living and kitchen area where there are comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and DVD player, with the kitchen being well equipped with quality appliances including oven, hob with extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, microwave as well as plenty of glassware, crockery and utensils.  There is also a breakfast bar with 4 bar stalls. 

The two bedrooms, one with large double and one with twin beds lead off either side of the living area.  Both bedrooms are en-suite, with one of the bathrooms housing the washing machine and laundry facilities as well.  The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobes and storage space.  They both have direct access to the pool terrace.

The interior is lovingly furnished throughout in a beautiful contemporary style and because of the layout and privacy, guests will have the feeling of a private villa.
