This beautiful villa is situated some 200 metres from the waters edge in the fashionable Komurluk area of Kalkan and really does enjoy some of the best views Kalkan has to offer.

Kalkan’s lovely Old Town with its wonderful selection of shops,
restaurants and harbour is just a 10 minute easy walk away.

Villa Kumanluk has 5 bedrooms, all en-suite with air conditioning. Four bedrooms are located in the main house with the fifth in the private studio suite which is located
under the sea facing patio and accessed by its own staircase next to the pool.


The outside space at Villa Kumanluk is truly fabulous. It is very spacious and enjoys uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay. The beautiful sunny patios are finished in polished travertine and there are plentiful sun loungers and umbrella around the good sized swimming pool. The al fresco dining area is shaded under a purpose built canopied pergola. There is the option of both gas and charcoal barbeques.
The frontage of the villa is also spacious and here you can find the table tennis table.

The villa is enclosed by a walled garden mountain side and offers a good degree of privacy as well as a private parking space.

All linens and pool towels are provided. There is a mid-week cleaning and linen change service and the pool is tended daily. There is also a daily rubbish collection.

Fresh bread can be delivered daily at your request.


Ground Floor


The ground floor is home to a spacious through lounge and kitchen/dining area looking out to the pool and the sea. The contemporary kitchen has marble worktops,
all Bosch appliances (oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave and is well stocked with all cookware, table and glassware and utensils. There is a water cooler.
The lounge area has a flat screen TV and DVD player and a complimentary WiFi hub suitable for streaming. There is also a downstairs WC.

Bedroom 1 with a super king bed is located on the ground floor and is sea facing. The bedroom also has an en-suite shower room finished in travertine. It is air
conditioned and also benefits from a ceiling fan. There is ample wardrobe and storage space.

First Floor


Three further bedrooms are located on the first floor:

Bedroom 2 - The Master bedroom suite with

super king bed
Bedroom 3 – with king sized bed

Bedroom 4 - with twin beds

All bedrooms are en-suite with a luxurious travertine finish and showers and are individually air conditioned as well as a ceiling fan. Each room has ample wardrobe and storage space.
Each of the double bedrooms are sea facing and bedrooms 2 and 3 share a sea facing balcony.

The Studio Suite

Bedroom 5 is sea facing and accessed from a staircase by the swimming pool. It has a super king bed and air conditioning. There is an en-suite shower room as well
as ample wardrobe and storage space.



























A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
