This lovely secluded luxury 3 bed/3 en-suite villa is located in a beautiful part of Kisla with truly fabulous sea views and just a mere 30 second walk to the beach and nearby beach club.
Featuring a beautiful well stocked garden, a large & private dining area, a spacious terrace with barbecue and a large pool with jacuzzi, Villa Yesil Kelebek has unrivalled sea views of Kalkan and the bay.
Curved sliding doors run across the majority of the frontage, which afford spectacular views of the bay. These doors open onto the spacious terrace, garden and pool area which look directly out to sea.
The pool terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and a dining area with barbecue which overlooks the private pool and fabulous views beyond.
Next to the pool there is a secluded Pergola offering a totally private area which is ideal for escaping the heat of the afternoon sun. This is furnished with comfortable cushions, chairs and table. This area is perfect for outdoor dining, reading, enjoying pre-dinner drinks or having a quiet snooze.
The beautiful Village of Kalkan is just across the bay and a water taxi service operates from the nearby beach club approximately every 30 minutes. Taxi's are also easily available.
The villa itself really has been imaginatively designed, incorporating frontages of curved glass, combined with traditional features to provide elegant and comfortable accommodation with unrivalled and unobstructed sea and mountain views from all aspects of the property.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has wifi. Pool towels are provided for guests' use as well as a nice welcome pack on arrival.

The villa's entrance opens up to a light and spacious open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a 55 inch TV and a DVD player and a separate dining area with seating for up to eight guests.
The modern kitchen area is well-equipped and includes a range of appliances such as large fridge-freezer, oven, gas hob and extractor, water cooler, ice making machine, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
In addition, it should be noted for peace of mind that the view from the kitchen looks out onto the pool and patio area.
Ideal for guests with mobility issues, the first of the villa's three bedrooms is located on the ground floor; a double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC. This bedroom enjoys views of the gardens and the sea.

First Floor
This floor comprises a lovely double master bedroom and a very comfortable second twin bedroom. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space and has a contemporary en-suite bathroom with shower/ WC. Both bedrooms also open onto a private balcony with table and chairs to sit and enjoy the fabulous views.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
