Two lovely, comfortable, two bedroomed apartments sharing a beautiful terrace and pool nestled into a peaceful street in the Old Town away from the hustle and bustle, yet just a short stroll to 'Old Street' and Kalkan's heart with its beautiful cobbled streets, wonderful roof top restaurants and bars.  No more than 5 minutes walk to the Harbour area and all that has to offer as well.

The apartments are at first floor level with an entrance at ground floor and a second floor directly above.

The terrace, shared by both apartments only, is comfortably furnished with sun beds, parasols, soft seating and dining table and chairs.  They each have a generous balcony with table and chairs to enjoy a drink or a meal taking in our 'Old Town' surroundings and out to sea.  The  pool is a generous size, not easily found in Kalkan's Old Town.

Each apartment is traditional in style and furnished with a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, modern bathroom/s and comfortable living area with TV.
