Private Pool
This lovely spacious, contemporary villa, sleeping up to 10 guests across 5 generously sized en-suite bedrooms, enjoys a great location in Ortalaan and is just a 10 minute walk to Kalkan's Old Town, with local supermarkets and a gym very close by.
The villa has a good sized private pool which can be heated early and low season (see below for cost).
The expansive outside space is designed in such a way to have plenty of separate areas which is ideal for larger groups. There is a mature garden and games area, the pool terrace and a beautiful roof terrace.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout and has excellent wifi servicing each level. Blue tooth speakers are available.
The villa is cleaned and prepared for your arrival and for stays of two weeks there will be a mid stay clean and linen change.

Lower Ground Floor
The entry to the villa is at this level, from the street level, through a wooden door that opens onto a pretty courtyard with comfortable soft seating and coffee table. Beyond there is a covered games area with table tennis, table football and a pool table. There are also external steps leading to the pool terrace.
There are two bedrooms located on the lower ground floor, both bedrooms are doubles with en-suite shower rooms. They open onto the garden and games area.
There is a large cupboard at this level housing the washing machine and there is also an iron and ironing board.
Ground Floor
The ground floor is spacious, light and airy with a comfortable lounge are with L-shaped sofa and two arm chairs, a coffee table and flat screen TV with Sky available. There is also a Playstation 4 and a record player with vinyls and a selection of records from the 60s, 70s and 80s for guests to enjoy.

An additional cloakroom can also be found at this level.

The kitchen, which is contemporary and very well equipped including with new Bosch appliances is found at this level. There is a large fridge/freezer, built in oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. There is also a water cooler.

Sliding doors open onto the pool terrace. The pool, which can be heated, has 10 sun beds arranged around it and there are plenty of parasols. On this level, there is also a large 10 seater dining table and chairs as well as a separate area with soft seating and two swing basket chairs. There is both a gas and a built in BBQ.

First Floor
An internal staircase takes guests to a further two large bedrooms, one of which is a double and the other a twin. Each room has an en-suite shower room and each room has sliding doors which open onto a private balcony to take in the lovely views down to the harbour. Both balconies have comfortable seating and a coffee table.
Second Floor
A further internal staircase takes you to the 5th double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has wonderful views of Kalkan bay and has a wrap around balcony.
The beautiful roof terrace is accessed from this room and has a jacuzzi and two sun loungers. It is the perfect spot to relax with a sundowner and enjoy the last of the day's sun.​

Please note the pool can be heated by arrangement early and late season at an additional cost of £210 per week.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
