It is just a 15 minute walk to Kalkan’s Old Town in one direction and a few minutes to the prestigious Zest Beach Club

The villa, built by a well reputed local builder, using local white stone, is impressive indeed and offers many wonderful spaces to enjoy both inside and out.
The property is designed to offer flexible accommodation and benefits 8 beautiful bedroom suites, all with lavish en-suite bathrooms, with 4 of the bedroom suites located in the main house and a further 2 located in each of 2 separate annexes. It is an ideal design for large families or groups of friends requiring an element of privacy.

The fabulous White Lodge has so much to enjoy within, including its beautiful tropical gardens, a super large infinity pool and its own private Hamam and steam room. The space is designed with privacy in mind so you can truly relax and unwind but at the same time be close by to enjoy all that Kalkan's Old Town and harbour has to offer.

'Al fresco' dining is a delight in the cool of a shaded are of the terrace and benefits from a separate outdoor kitchen, breakfast bar and two dining tables.
The lovely gardens offer beautiful peaceful areas to sit back and relax.

The pool and pool terrace are impressive with a 12 meter infinity pool, plenty of loungers, soft seating and parasols and simply stunning views of the harbour and
Kalkan Bay.

Ground Floor
​
An impressive entrance takes you straight into the open plan ground floor space. The sheer elegance of the design and furnishings immediately strikes you as you take in the main living area with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, an integrated music system and a beautiful white grand piano which is a focal point.
There is a beautiful dining area and large contemporary, well equipped kitchen with all that you would expect to find in such a prestigious property.
There are floor to ceiling windows and French doors connecting the stylish interior to the generous
outdoor space.

The 'white' theme runs through the villa and is the backdrop to some wonderful bespoke and antique pieces of furniture which adorn the space, the contrasting fabrics and upholstery and also including a stunning venetian glass chandelier.

The ground floor is also home to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This is the first of 4 bedrooms located in the main house and is appreciated by guests with mobility issues.

Double glass doors lead to a magnificent and elegant marble staircase which connects to the first floor and wonderful balcony which stretches the breadth of the property and is furnished with comfortable seating for guests to enjoy the breathtaking views.
First Floor
The elegant marble staircase takes you to the further 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms suites in the main house, with each having en-suite facilities.
There is a double bedroom which opens onto the balcony and enjoys sea views and a twin room
with balcony.

The luxurious master bedroom is wonderfully light and airy and has a stylish marble en-suite with both a shower and a bathtub. It also opens onto the balcony designed to take in those breathtaking views!
Annexe One
There are a few steps from the pool terrace which lead to this separate living space which is entered from a lovely reception area, leading to bedrooms 5 and 6. Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities and one is a double and the other a twin room. Each has a private terrace with sea views.
The rooms at this level have beautiful cream stone walls and have the benefit of an additional well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room and further outdoor furniture with a dining table.

Annexe Two
​
This second separate living area guests houses Bedrooms 7 and 8, which again are one double and one twin. Each has an en-suite shower room. Both also have sea views and a terrace.
​
Also at the level of Annexe two, you will find the wonderful, private traditional Hamam in which to luxuriate and indulge yourself!
Please note we need 48 hours' notice to prepare the use the Hamam Turkish Bath for your private use.
It is also possible to request a private masseur.

Please also note that the infinity pool can be heated for you on request during May, September & October.
​
The villa is cleaned and prepared for your arrival and also offers mid week cleans and linen changes.
A daily clean can be arranged for an additional charge - please enquire at the time of booking if this is something you would like.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
