Kalkan's Old Town is just an easy 10/12 minute walk away in one direction and in the other you will find the exclusive Zest Beach Club, Palm Beach and Denizim.
There is a shared pool and terrace with plenty of sunbeds and parasols, which is immaculately maintained. The pool and terrace are sea facing.
There is an on-site property manager who will assist you if needed.
As you enter the apartment itself, you will be mesmerised by the light and wonderful views of Kalkan Bay and out to Snake and Mouse islands.
The apartment has 3 balconies in total - each perfect for taking in the views, enjoying a sundowner or a meal.
You will find a modern, very well equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need for the perfect self catering holiday, including an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Just beyond the kitchen is the living room with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD and blue tooth speakers. There is also an office desk and chair. French doors from the living room take you onto one of the spacious balconies with a table and chairs.
The spacious Master bedroom is located on this level with a king bed with mosquito canopy. If required, there is a sofa, coffee table and folding single bed. There is an en-suite shower room. French doors open onto a further beautiful balcony with stunning views.

A gas BBQ is available for guests' use.
The apartment is fully cleaned with linen changed on a weekly basis, although attended daily and any rubbish taken.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
