Private Pool
Villa Beyaz Kelebek in Kisla is certainly one of the area’s finest and most desirable properties, situated directly on the sea front and with large outdoor areas. The prime position guarantees magnificent sea views from all over the villa and outside space. There is a large private kidney-shaped infinity pool (12m x 5m) which also takes full advantage of the view. There is a Jacuzzi situated on the upper terrace behind the Villa with a magnificent view over the bay and Kalkan. A staircase with 150 steps leads you down to the sea platform and access to the sea. Whilst this is primarily a private platform, at times you will find local fishermen there as well!
The villa is positioned on its own private plot, elevated slightly above the sea with a backdrop of pine and olive trees on the rear hillsides. To the front of the villa, the gardens are mature with trees and flowering plants as they gently roll down towards the sea.
The main garden, which is fenced off to the front and side, encompass a huge flowing travertine terrace area that offers a private kidney shaped infinity swimming pool with submerged seating. Full sun lounging areas by the pool, all with the benefits of stunning panoramic views across the sea - your own little piece of heaven in paradise.
There is also a lovely Pergola, ideal for escaping the heat of the afternoon sun. Furnished with comfortable turkish cushions, chairs, and table, this area is perfect for reading, pre dinner drinks or a quiet snooze.
There is a further dining terrace and BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining and take in the beautiful sunsets.
Kalkan Beach Park is a short walk away and you are also able to take the water taxi to the harbour.
The grounds are entered from the road at the rear, with gates opening to a sloping driveway which leads down behind the house, which is where you find the main entrance to the villa.
Tucked away at the side of the house is a selection of gym equipment.
The villa is built over two floors, with a wonderful curved front facade, to give every room a perfect view over the sea and Kalkan Town.

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and also has wifi throughout. Cleaning is provided before check-in and after check out. Extra cleaning during your stay will be charged at an additional fee - please enquire for details.Pool and jacuzzi heating is available for a charge of £200 per week for the pool and £100 per week
for the jacuzzi.




Ground Floor

The main entrance at the rear opens into a reception lobby area, which offers a guest cloakroom/WC, leading directly into a vast open-plan living area with the whole of the ground floor with cool veined marble flooring.
The different areas of the ground floor living space sit around the curvature of the villa, offering a fully fitted and very spacious modern kitchen at the far end with everything you may need including dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer and various coffee making options. Next to the kitchen, sitting in the centre of the curved living area, you a have the internal dining area, with a spacious and welcoming lounge at the other end, featuring large comfy sofas and armchairs.
The front curve of the living area offers several sets of patio doors that open the areas up to the outdoor terraces, immediately shaded by a tiled roof, with the doors bringing the wonderful green nature and azure sea views into the home.
At the far end of the lounge you have a winding wooden staircase leading up to the first floor landing area.

First Floor
This is where you find 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, which are all sizeable rooms with ceilings that slope down to the front. The master bedroom has a super king bed and the second bedroom a king bed, whilst the third bedroom is twin bedded.
Each bedroom benefits a beautiful contemporary and fully tiled en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms have doors opening out to good sized private sea facing balconies which are comfortably furnished.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £350 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
