Also on the ground floor is the first of 6 well appointed bedrooms with double bed, wardrobes, en-suite shower room and its own entrance to the pool terrace.

 

Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors encompass the ground floor, opening onto the beautiful main pool terrace where you can enjoy the unusual 40 sq m triangular infinity pool which is accessed by ladder and jacuzzi.  There is also an outside shower, plenty of very comfy sun loungers and parasols to relax with a view!  There is plenty of dining space to enjoy an al fresco feast and soft seating.

First floor
 

A sweeping marble staircase takes you to the first floor where you will find a further 2 bedrooms, both with king beds, fitted wardrobes and sea view balconies.  Each has an en-suite with a jacuzzi bath and walk in rain shower.

Second Floor
 

A further staircase takes you to this level, where you can find a work station for convenience with two office chairs and an additional water cooler.  The double bedroom has a sloping sealing and there are fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room. There is access to a lovely terrace with panoramic views.  Whilst this room can sleep two, because of the sloping ceiling, we recommend it is more comfortable for one person.​

Has 2 large bedrooms with luxury en-suite facilities, which feature both rain forest and normal hand-held shower heads.

Lower Ground Floor
 

A staircase from the ground floor takes you to this level where you will find a second living area with SMART TV, and two twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower facilities.  There is also a utility room at this level with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.  A further terrace is found on this level with a waterfall mini pool and table tennis.

Outdoors
 

There is also an outside shower, marble table and chairs for 8 and a BBQ. In addition there are sun beds and security system.

The villa benefits from air conditioning throughout, wifi, hairdryers and bbq and plenty of parking space.  There is a mid stay clean and linen change for stays of two weeks.
