VILLA SURA
This beautiful chic villa is located in the lovely Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan and is just a short walk away from the excellent restaurants, bars and shops in this area, while still within easy reach of Kalkan's Old Town and Harbour, which is walkable or a short taxi ride away.
Villa Sura has been very thoughtfully designed in soft neutral tones, including textiles and sofas complimented by solid wooden furniture and beautiful marble floors, which together with splashes of colour from the soft furnishings, suit this light and airy space beautifully.
The villa offers wonderful views of Kalamar Bay, including panoramic views from its fabulous roof terrace areas. The first part of the roof terrace area offers a jacuzzi, ample matress loungers and soft seating. The bar area of the roof terrace really is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sundowner and the bar's glass surround and retractable awning make it a beautiful place to relax whatever the season!
The main pool terrace is extremely spacious and comfortably accommodates 12 guests with plenty of loungers, parasols, soft seating areas and a swing seat. The stunning infinity pool is a generous 10m x 4m and incorporates an integral jacuzzi. There is also a shallow end.
A further feature of the main terrace is a beautiful shady area where you will find the al fresco dining area with dining table and chairs, outside kitchen including a fridge and sink as well as a built in BBQ.
The villa has air conditioning throughout, as well as wifi. There is also off road parking.

Ground Floor
As you enter the villa, you will find yourself in a lovely spacious open plan living area with a curved sofa, armchair and coffee table in the living area, together with a wall mounted flat screen TV. There is a solid wood dining table and chairs for 8 guests.
There are floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors which lead to the pool terrace.
The stylish contemporary kitchen is very well equipped with a gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and water cooler. The gas hob is fitted into the island which has a lower level table and bar stools adjoining.
There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
To the rear of the villa you will find a gym and changing room.
First Floor
The first floor is home to three of the villa's six bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms can be prepared as either a twin or double according to the guests' preference. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and private balconies furnished with a table and two chairs to sit and enjoy the sea views.
The third bedroom on this floor is the Master with a four poster bed and dressing area leading to its en-suite shower room. The Master also has a private balcony furnished with table and chairs and with fabulous sea views.

Second Floor
The second floor is home to bedroom four which is 'under the eaves'. This bedroom can also be prepared as either a double or a twin and has an en-suite shower room.
Sliding doors from the bedroom lead onto one of the two roof terrace areas. On this roof terrace, you will find a large jucuzzi with decking and matress loungers adjacent. The views are simply wonderful to enjoy as you relax!
The second part of the roof terrace is accessed through a door from the landing on this floor. Here you will find a bar area with flat screen TV and a fireplace. The bar area includes a sink and drinks fridge as well as bar stools. There is also soft seating where you can enjoy a sun downer. This area is surrounded by glass walls that slide open onto the rest of the roof terrace and the roof awning is operated by remote control if you wish to open it up.
Annex
There are a few steps down from the pool terrace which take you to a sauna and massage suite, which also has the benefit of an en-suite shower room.
A few further steps take you to bedrooms five and six, which share a shower room. One bedroom is a double and the other can be prepared as either a double or a twin. Given these two bedrooms have a separate entrance from the main house, they are not really suitable for young unaccompanied children.

Pool heating is available on request - please enquire at the time of booking to confirm the cost.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking together with a signed booking form is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £450 is required 2 weeks before arrival. This deposit will be held and returned to you within 2 weeks of departure provided the property is left as it was found save any usual wear and tear.
