An added benefit is that if walking up from the town or harbour there is a little road from which you can access the villa at pool terrace level to avoid the incline to the main front door at the upper level.

The terrace with its large pool and integral jacuzzi has good sunshine throughout the day, and due to its Komurluk location really does benefit from the late sun throughout the year, so it is an ideal spot for enjoying Kalkan's famous sunsets!  It very well furnished with 6 loungers, parasols, an additional double sun bed and a lovely swing seat.  There is a a generous dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining.

Glass sliding doors from the pool terrace take you into the ground floor of the villa which comprises an open plan living area and kitchen.  The living room is furnished with two sofas, coffee table and a large Smart TV with Netflix available.  The kitchen with its marble work surface has an integral oven, gas hob with extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle etc as well as a dishwasher and large fridge freezer.  There is also a water cooler.  The kitchen also has a marble topped counter with bar stools.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with adjoining dressing room and en-suite shower room.  This bedroom has large sliding glass doors which open onto the pool terrace.

A stair case leads you to the half floor where you will find the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and clothes dryer.
